General Information-
We offer guided hikes and trail-running experiences for all levels. Our routes include forest trails, volcanic landscapes, and high-altitude paths around Vilaflor and Tenerife.

Not necessarily. We have beginner, intermediate, and advanced options. We’ll recommend the right activity based on your fitness level and goals.

Yes. All activities are led by experienced and certified mountain guides and trail runners with local knowledge, safety training, and passion for Tenerife’s landscapes.

Yes. Accident and liability insurance is included with every guided activity. But we recommend you have your own personal policy.

Children over 10 years old can join easier hikes when accompanied by an adult. Some routes (due to altitude or terrain) are not suitable for children.

We keep group sizes small (4-8 people) to ensure safety and a personal experience. Private tours are available.

Tenerife has excellent year-round weather, but if conditions are unsafe (storms, extreme heat, high winds), we will reschedule or offer an alternative route.

Yes. We design tailor-made hiking and trail-running experiences for individuals, families, clubs, or groups, from gentle scenic walks to high-altitude training.

Most activities begin in Vilaflor or nearby. Transport to trailheads can be arranged on request (extra fee may apply).
Hiking-
Comfortable hiking shoes/boots

We can provide trekking poles if requested. All other personal gear (footwear, clothing, backpack) should be brought by participants.

We offer easy walks, moderate treks, and challenging high-altitude hikes. Difficulty is always explained before booking.
Trail Running-
You should be able to comfortably run 5–10 km on roads. For advanced routes, prior trail running and hill-running experience is recommended.

Runs range from 8 km (beginner) to 25+ km (advanced). Distance, elevation, and pace are tailored to the group or individual.

Yes. We run guided sessions on endurance, uphill/downhill technique, and acclimatization to altitude. Ideal for those training for marathons, ultras, or other endurance races.

Vilaflor sits at 1,400 m, and some routes reach above 2,000 m. This makes Tenerife perfect for altitude training. Newcomers to high-altitude running may need to adapt pace, and our guides will assist.
